I've dealt with a couple of agent before, but Ken was different! It was a wonderful experience that he gave us so many suggestions and put 100% effort into his work. I couldn't sell my home in the active market for more than 75 days and couldn't sleep well because of nightmares before we decided to change our agent to Ken. Ken sold our home in the slow market within two weeks after the rate hike, and he saved our life since we couldn't close a deal for our new home before we sold our existing home with our targeting price. Overall, it was an amazing experience and really appreciated Ken's help!
