As first time home buyers we were very nervous and had no idea what we were getting into. Kate was very patient as we visited several areas to narrow down our preferences. She educated us on what to look for in homes, pros and cons to several factors, and she inspected details in each home that we wouldn’t even know to look for. She was very honest when she didn’t think a home was the right fit for us and did not pressure us into making a decision. Even after our home closed she followed up with home visits to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her husband spent hours in our home inspecting the house and giving us advice. We are a young inexperienced couple and it was wonderful to have such an experienced, educated, trustworthy real estate agent by our side. She literally found us the perfect home for our family.
