As a first time home buyer, I am very glad that I chose Kate & Peter as my agent and would highly recommend them, especially if you are buying for the first time. * The first phone call was a crash course on home-buying * The contacts they refer are actually good, easy to work with and more responsive than the ones I previously worked with * Very patient, they make sure I am satisfied with the property I'm buying * They do extensive research on the building and neighbourhood, and share their opinions and advices based on facts. * Their advices on offering price are pretty on-point, we went through several bidding wars but eventually bailed out because I wasn't sure if they are worth winning. It was a good learning experience for me as well.

Kate and Peter were honest and provided practical advice for us when purchasing our home such as price and home conditions. Communications were straight forward and she was experience in the entire process and would explain anything we had questions about in detail.
