For a first time seller of condo and first time buyer of a house, Kate and Peter were great and very helpful to us. They gave us such good tips that made selling our condo went smoothly. When it was time for the buying part, they were excellent and worked beyond our expectations. They gave us honest opinions about the houses we've seen and knowledgeable on things that we need to pay attention about houses. We were comfortable in telling them about what we need and they've provided. We are very happy with their services and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

Working with Kate was a pleasure. We interviewed realtors before moving forward with Kate. She and Peter were straightforward in answering any and all questions we had from the beginning regarding the administrative process which put us at ease with the entire process. Kate is organized and professional and takes pride in her work, when booking showings she would call the listing agent ahead of time asking specific questions about the house to get a better understanding of the property and shared all details with us. Kate was always available to take our calls, find answers and was both timely and proactive in responding to our inquiries. She and her partner Peter make an excellent team and compliment each other. Peter is extremely knowledgeable on home maintenance and was able to point out maintenance concerns like an inspector, we were very impressed and learned a great deal. Kate was able to get information in order for us to make an informed decision when it came down to our offer. With their help and expertise we were successful in purchasing our home and grateful for everything they did for us.

Kate and her husband were very helpful in the property purchasing process. As a first time home buyer I required more handholding than the usual client and Kate and Peter were able to do this for me without being overbearing. They were also very patient with me and provided sound advice and knowledge. We had some hiccups during the entire process but Kate and her husband were able to remedy the situation most of the time. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience.

Very knowledgeable and giving proper advice. Not too pushy about sales and a lot of guidance in explaining the good and bad characteristics of each property. Would openly suggest against properties if not desirable. Handled in a professional manner in terms of time and process.

Even after our home closed she followed up with home visits to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her husband spent hours in our home inspecting the house and giving us advice. We are a young inexperienced couple and it was wonderful to have such an experienced, educated, trustworthy real estate agent by our side. She literally found us the perfect home for our family.
