Kate is very professional and organized. She is very detail oriented and does all the research before viewing the property. She provides honest feedback and rejects properties which are not in the client best interest. She is always available for any queries. Kate has good knowledge of the real estate market and gives her honest recommendations about the market. Overall I had really positive experience in working with her and can recommend her to anyone.

As first time home buyers, we had lots to learn and many important choices to make in a short period of time. One of the best choices we made was hiring Kate as our realtor. From our initial contact, Kate and Peter were eager to share their knowledge of the market and asked questions to get to know our wants and needs. They also ensured we felt no pressure to retain them or make any decisions without being fully informed. When we found a home we really liked (at the higher end of our budget), Kate and Peter discussed strategy with us to give us the best chance possible at placing a winning offer at a comfortable price. Unfortunately we ended up in a bidding war with very little room remaining in our budget, but Kate had already developed an excellent rapport with the listing realtor. After some back and forth - and a few small revisions to our offer - we were given the news that our offer was accepted, quite literally at the eleventh hour! After our offer was accepted, Kate walked us through the next steps to ensure the transaction went smoothly. During our site visits, she helped us plan renovations and decor, and even gave some helpful cleaning tips! By closing day, we felt confident and prepared that we had crossed all T's and dotted all I's with Kate's help. We could not be happier with our new home and still can't believe we got it! In fact, during the first week in our new home, the listing agent came by to pick up his lockbox and we chatted about the transaction. He congratulated us on the price we got and credited the acceptance of our offer to Kate's hardball negotiation! We knew personally that we made the right choice, but to hear that from another realtor truly confirmed it! We would not hesitate to retain Kate and Peter again for our future real estate needs, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to our friends and family.

It was a true pleasure to have worked with Kate and Peter during our condo purchase in 2020. I can confidently say that both of them really worked hard in the process of steering us through a highly daunting and stressful circumstance facing the pandemic. They were transparent and they promptly responded to my questions and set up meetings or viewings. In fact, we were able to make an informed decision about buying our place, as we were highly supported throughout this time frame.  With support from Kate and Peter, we were engaged in our relentless condo search initially between last week of July 2020 and last week of August 2020. Then we took a break from our search between last week of August 2020 and mid October 2020. Our place search resumed in mid October 2020, with pre-approval from a different mortgage broker. And, we found our place soon and our offer was submitted and accepted on October 25, 2020, with closing on December 15, 2020.  During this period, Kate and Peter were proactive and regularly kept us posted on industry trends in the neighbourhood and took away the anxiety of buying a condo during this critical time. I clearly noticed that both were truly driven from within by a genuine passion to find us a ‘home’. In a nutshell, we really couldn't wish for a more amazing realtor to walk us through the process and help us buy our home.  One of the striking characteristics that Kate has, as I observed during the search, is that she is not afraid of asking condo management, security personal or even residents questions that are pertinent to the condo’s safety and management. You would notice that Kate would do everything possible in order to find out all details regarding the property you plan to buy or invest in. Kate wouldn’t hurry you up in purchasing the place at all, which is simply incredible!  In addition to their topnotch service, the cashback I received from Kate after closing was of tremendous support in our case. That’s extremely a plus point!  Therefore, if you are reading this review at this moment, I would strongly suggest that you stop your search for a realtor in order to save your time and energy and that you immediately contact Kate for their best counsel before she gets really busy! For a first time seller of condo and first time buyer of a house, Kate and Peter were great and very helpful to us. They gave us such good tips that made selling our condo went smoothly. When it was time for the buying part, they were excellent and worked beyond our expectations. They gave us honest opinions about the houses we've seen and knowledgeable on things that we need to pay attention about houses. We were comfortable in telling them about what we need and they've provided. We are very happy with their services and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

She and Peter were straightforward in answering any and all questions we had from the beginning regarding the administrative process which put us at ease with the entire process. Kate is organized and professional and takes pride in her work, when booking showings she would call the listing agent ahead of time asking specific questions about the house to get a better understanding of the property and shared all details with us. Kate was always available to take our calls, find answers and was both timely and proactive in responding to our inquiries. She and her partner Peter make an excellent team and compliment each other. Peter is extremely knowledgeable on home maintenance and was able to point out maintenance concerns like an inspector, we were very impressed and learned a great deal.
