Kate and her husband were very helpful in the property purchasing process. As a first time home buyer I required more handholding than the usual client and Kate and Peter were able to do this for me without being overbearing. They were also very patient with me and provided sound advice and knowledge. We had some hiccups during the entire process but Kate and her husband were able to remedy the situation most of the time. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience.

Very knowledgeable and giving proper advice. Not too pushy about sales and a lot of guidance in explaining the good and bad characteristics of each property. Would openly suggest against properties if not desirable. Handled in a professional manner in terms of time and process.
