Kate is an expert in real estate. She has a database of every area and every building in GTA. She analyzes all aspects of building, from location, layout and neighborhood to even the builders, and lists all the upsides and downsides of a unit. As a first-time home buyer, I learned quickly from Kate and her husband Peter, made an informed decision after just seeing a couple of units and eventually made a great deal in this crazy seller's market, which saved me plenty of time and money and got me a perfect home that is both quiet and spacious. She also recommended great mortgage brokers and real estate lawyers and worked with them to get things done quickly. I would definitely recommend Kate and Peter for any one who would be interested in buying a property in GTA.

It was a good learning experience for me as well.

Kate and Peter were honest and provided practical advice for us when purchasing our home such as price and home conditions. Communications were straight forward and she was experience in the entire process and would explain anything we had questions about in detail.
