Jim was very knowledgeable and really helped us to make the right decision when buying our first cottage. He showed us properties for more than a year until we found the one we were looking for. Jim was quick to respond and was always available to answer our questions. I would strongly recommend Jim for his extensive knowledge of the area and understanding of what we wanted in a cottage.

We have been visiting the area for over 20 years and had knowledge on the area. Any questions that we did have, Jim was able to answer and provide additional information. His expertise and wealth of knowledge on the lake and municipality made our decision very easy.
