Jim takes his time to really gets to know his clients and is then able to use his vast knowledge of the Parry Sound and area to find the perfect property. This was our second time working with Jim and my wife and I were extremely happy with his help. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jim Marshall was a fantastic agent to deal with. He helped us feel comfortable about buying an older home and was able to answer all our questions about the transaction. Jim gave us great advice and at no time did I feel that he wasn’t looking out for my best interest. It was a great pleasure getting to meet and deal with Jim and he’ll definitely be my go to for all real estate dealings in the future :)
