About Jim Marshall
I started my real estate career in 1985 with a keen familiarity of the area lakes and strong connections with both the seasonal and year-round populations. My knowledge of the area is extensive: the odds are that I know where one can launch a boat or suggest good fishing spots on several of the area lakes.
Kim and I were married in 1989 and have three grown sons. Even though I’m always busy with my real estate practice, I always manage to take the time to spend with the family and like to enjoy time exploring the region with our boat and of course, my camera.
I recently served a four-year term as a Councillor for the Town of Parry Sound and am the current Chair of the West Parry Sound Museum Board.
Also, I’m a past two-term President of the Parry Sound Real Estate Board and Past Director of the Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) MLS® and Technology Committee.
