Jim is exceptionally responsive. Often, he would respond to my questions within mere minutes or even seconds. He clearly is seized with the need to act quickly in a tight market. He was able to schedule viewings for me very quickly and was extremely accessible. Our search took 3 years and he stuck it out, his enthusiasm never waned. In case it hasn’t come across, Jim is a very energetic go-getter. When it came time for presenting offers, he went above and beyond to present in person. He also made the trek to take photos for insurance purposes on very short notice in order for me to meet the closing deadline. Jim has a good network of property professionals and was able to refer us accordingly.

This was by far the most efficient real estate transaction we have ever been involved with. Jim and his team were great to work with, keeping us informed of all interest and our property sold super fast! Would highly recommend Jim and his team to anyone for their real estate needs. Thank you Jim.
