My fiancee and I are starting our medical residency in Winnipeg and we were extremely pressed for time; despite our extremely limited timeline, we were able to find a great place to call home with the help of Jennifer. Communication was simply outstanding, and we found her to be extremely reliable. She gave us very good advice when trying to decide between a condo/house and made sure we would have as many variables as possible to make our decision. We ended up putting an offer on a listing that had multiple offers and she counselled us through the process very well. I cannot speak highly enough of Jennifer and her services. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking to purchase a property in Winnipeg!

Jennifer Queen was an absolute delight! I was very anxious going in to actually working with a realtor on my house journey but she put me completely at ease from the very first meeting. As we began looking at houses she was always available and fit me in; even when I wanted to go back for a second look with my entourage of family. 😉 I never felt pressured and she took the time to explain anything and everything to me. As a first time home buyer she was everything I could have asked for in a realtor and even remembered and wished me happy birthday weeks after closing on a house. I would highly recommend her! ☺️

Agent Jenn made us a number 1 priority from the second we hit the contact us button. She showed up to meet us and we were wowed. She did her research for our area, as she was new to the Waterford area. She had a booklet put together with comparables and an already suggested price point for sale. She did a walk through that night giving us suggestions on what needed to be touched up and what needed to be purged for showings. She stayed in contact with us and she had our home on the market in a week and a half. The marketing Jennifer was able to provide was nothing but spectacular. In less than 2 weeks our 600k + house was sold. She listens to what you want and gives you great advice. We are in the process of buying a new home with Jennifer, and is providing the same great service. You won't go wrong with choosing the Queen team.

Jennifer Queen was the first realtor I reached out to on a whim when starting the search for the first home for my wife and I. I never expected to go with the first person we spoke with, but Jennifer makes it just that easy. She has an immense knowledge of the local market, all the quirks and tips, and was pointing out things on our walkthroughs that I never would have noticed. She puts her clients in the drivers' seat with absolutely no pressure, pure honesty, straightforwardness, and incredible patience. For one of the most stressful endeavors that one can undertake, putting yourself in Jennifer's hands to guide you through the process is one of the biggest gifts you can give yourself. I can’t say enough about Jennifer Queen and the white glove treatment we received from her. From the moment she walked through our door we knew we were in the best hands possible. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and calmly gave us the confidence we needed to sell our home.
