As first home buyers, we needed an expert like Jennifer. She helped us find a house that fits perfectly for us. She emailed us listings regularly. When I booked an appointment to see the house and she was very professional and on time and always arranged a time that works for us. I like how she handled the transaction throughout: very professional, precise and honest. She provided us with all the necessary info that we needed to make our decision. She is also very smart about protecting her client’s interest. She is trustworthy. If not for her expertise we don’t think we would have found our dream house. <p>We worked with Jen and her team when our dream house popped up on the market. It wasn’t the ideal timing (over Christmas holidays), and we had not planned to put our house on the market until the spring. With Jen’s guidance, we were able to get our house ready quickly, secure the home of our dreams, and sell our home. She got us list price in a matter of 3 days on the market… at the end of December!! We are forever grateful for the wisdom she imparted upon us. We’ve had friends lose their dream homes in similar situations, but her approach is incredibly effective, her marketing is outstanding not to mention effective, and her and her team truly know what they are doing. We highly recommend and will use her again… although not for quite some time. We plan for this to be our forever home!</p>

We hired Jennifer to sell our family home in Tuxedo. It had previously been listed with another Realtor and did not sell, we felt mostly due to a lack of marketing. From day 1 we noticed just how hard Jennifer works. We received regular updates including a formal weekly report card, and she even virtually staged some of the rooms in the home to show them in an optimal light. I didn’t know this option even existed! Anyways, we had the home on the market with her for 12 days before it was sold at the same price we had it listed at with our previous Realtor. We are super happy with the result. I just wish we had used her from the start!

<p><br /> We hired Jennifer to first sell us our home and then help us find a second home. She was so patient. We were nervous about selling our home without having a new one to move into, but Jennifer took the time to tour us through a variety of different neighbourhoods (Lindenwoods, Whyte Ridge, Sage Creek, River Park South) and show us the merits of each neighbourhood even prior to listing our home. It helped my husband and I feel more comfortable with the process. Once we knew there were options out there for us, we put the house on the market and let Jennifer do the rest. She sent us flowers when we listed, weekly updates so we knew how our house was doing, respected my odd work hours, and hosted multiple open houses. When our home sold, we had two months to find our next home, and Jennifer negotiated a possession date (as well as $30,000 off the list price) that made the move seamless. We had no idea we would be this happy with someone we called straight from a calendar! We will recommend Jennifer and her team to all of our friends! Definitely not your typical agent!</p>

I have now used Jenn to sell two houses and purchase one. Phenomenal person. Knows the market and how to sell a property. She is my go-to and the only one I recommend now! On a personal side, she has always touched base on my birthdays and anniversaries of owning my home. She treats her people like gold!
