We have sold 22 homes (now 23), and we must say that Jennifer’s level of customer service is unprecedented. She had PPE baggies made up for each guest, somehow managed to source Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer and masks amidst a pandemic just so we could feel safe about having people in our home. That doesn’t even touch on the beautiful photography and videography she had done of our home and exemplary marketing. If all that wasn’t enough, she also was well in-touch with the market and had a buyer in mind when listing our property. That buyer ultimately ended up buying our home. We will certainly be recommending her to our family and friends!

We need to give credit where credit is due! Jennifer sold our house – that had existing quotes for significant foundation repair. She brought us multiple offers and helped us navigate what a realistic selling price would be for a home in need of repairs such as ours. She did all of this while we were out of province and amidst a pandemic. We appreciate her ability to keep in touch including detailed weekly reports that kept us in the loop. Top notch service and attention to detail. Now, we need a Jennifer in Calgary!

After my first meeting with Jen I knew she was the right Realtor to sell our late mother's home. Jen was professional, honest and practical. We were concerned about the sale amid the COVID-19 restrictions, and were uncertain if the sale would be difficult. We also knew this was an unprecedented time for Realtors, and understood they didn't know how the pandemic could truly affect the market.
