We can't recommend Jeff and his team highly enough! He took us through an unexpectedly fast purchase and sale with creativity, expertise, and compassion. He was able to spot a unique opportunity for our new home and make the most of it, to our advantage. He provided the resources and expertise to sell our home quickly and successfully. Jeff is an amazing agent to work with...he combines analysis of trends and numbers with a thorough knowledge of the process and great observations/suggestions. He works to ensure you have a full understanding of the process and explains things in easy to understand terms. He is also extremely responsive and makes himself readily available when needed. 3 years ago, Jeff helped us purchase a home for our son, his wife and their kids. This year, when they were able to qualify for their own mortgage, Jeff stepped in to connect them with a great mortgage broker and also assisted us with a purchase agreement. He's kept in touch with us the entire time to see how we're doing and whether we need anything. We met Jeff during an open house he was holding while we were “just looking” at the houses on the market. We had met a few other realtors already, but Jeff was the only one who asked the important yet difficult questions that we had been avoiding. We met Jeff at an open house for another property on a Friday night. Jeff asked lots of questions about what we were looking for and asked if we were working with an agent. He was communicative without being pushy. We worked through a virtual appointment to sign up with Jeff as our agent, never looked back! He was amazing throughout the whole process. We looked at about 10 properties with Jeff, and he sent us emails daily of new listings. He advised us to be ready if we needed to act fast on offer, and we did! Jeff and his team are very professional and took car of all our needs with selling. They made the process easy for us. We hit a few bumps with the market but Jeff was still able to negotiate and get what we were looking for with the home.
