Jeff has a strong commitment towards his client which is difficult to find these days. He helped us identify objectives for our investment property and gave sound advise on whether properties were going to meet our criteria. He clearly wanted a win for us and to build a long term relationship versus trying to make a quick sales - he was honest in his assessments and laid out transparently any pitfalls (and advantages) of making offers for potential properties. Jeff has very strong knowledge of the Kitchener / Waterloo areas which was our focus to buy and helped land a fantastic deal!
