As first-time home buyers we really didn't know where to begin. Especially because we didn't know any realtors with experience in the KW area. Therefore, we were so happy that we found Jeff. After our first meeting with him, we felt confident and knew right away we had found the right realtor. Having Jeff as our realtor really eased our minds. He knew that we needed to find a home within a short period of time and made us feel like priority. Although, he never pressured us to decide and allowed us to take our time when viewing properties. We were astounded by how much knowledge he brought to the table. This knowledge helped us make educated decisions and made us feel even more comfortable with our decision. Jeff also went above and beyond for us by finding us a place to rent since our closing date ended up being a couple months away. Purchasing a new home should be an exciting experience and Jeff made sure of it. He really helped us keep the positivity throughout the entire process, even though we were buying in a very competitive market. Ultimately, we are so happy to have met Jeff. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.

We absolutely loved working with Jeff throughout out first-time home buying process. From the start, where we weren't even sure which neighbourhood or type of house we wanted, he helped us understand what would be best suited for us and our family. Since we weren't particularly set on an area, he went out of his way to ensure that we visited houses near and far until we found the perfect home. He helped us understand the true & fair market value of our purchase, which was important, given the market conditions we faced during Covid. Not only did he help set up the times for us to view the many many houses, but when looking through the houses with us, he pointed out various features of the house that we may have missed, as if he was purchasing the home himself. He was always very responsive to any questions, concerns, or random thoughts that crossed our mind (and there were a lot) and accommodated to our varying schedules to allow us to see any home that crossed our paths. We strongly recommend Jeff for anyone looking for purchase a home. His balance between his knowledge of the market and his personality made the entire process very simple. We truly felt we could trust Jeff from the beginning with our search and he succeeded by finding us our dream home.

My husband and I have been putting off moving for well over a year because we were very afraid of what we had heard about the Kitchener real estate market and were worried that we would never find a home that we loved but that was also within our budget. Getting connected with Jeff was one of those happy accidents to be honest and I could never say enough about our experience working with him. My husband and I are those people that got together later in life and have both moved too many times to count. We have both worked with our fair share of real estate agents... not one in our past even comes close to the level of professionalism or knowledge that we experienced with Jeff. That aside, he is also a stellar human being that we feel so lucky to have come in contact with. What we learned from Jeff is that despite a crazy real estate market there is such a thing as fair market value. Since Jeff knows his stuff and I mean really knows his stuff, he was able to help us secure the home of our dreams at a price we never imagined. We wanted someone on the ball, efficient, honest, and who had our best interest in mind and at heart. We got all of that and more with Jeff. I have never seen someone prepare such an in depth price analysis of the home we wanted to buy that would justify our offer and in turn was the thing that hit a home run and got us OUR price. We are beyond excited about our new home and the new start ahead of us and both truly believe it would not have been possible with Jeff. He brings a passion to his role and it shows. As first-time homebuyers, Jeff was the first real estate agent we've ever worked with, but I can honestly say I can't see us working with anyone else in the future—our experience was that good. Jeff is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and tech-savvy agent who was beyond patient with us as we navigated our ways through the confusing waters of buying a home for the first time in a city we've never lived in (in the middle of a global pandemic, to boot). From our first meeting Jeff, we felt confident that he'd be honest and upfront with us about the pros and cons of different houses and neighbourhoods, and we were right. Jeff was always surprisingly quick to respond to our questions and requests (both big and small) and we appreciated how on the ball he is technology-wise—sending along personalized videos with every document that needed to be looked at so we could dig in when we had time. Long story short, Jeff is awesome. We ended up buying our "dream home" in a multiple offer scenario that we felt completely prepared for thanks to Jeff's education and advice.
