We appreciated Jeff's detailed explanation on the whole buying and selling process. Our experience with buying in Ontario was very limited and Jeff made it easy for us to understand. Jeff always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. He managed to sell our house (after buying it a year ago) at a top price well over our expectations. We also worked with another member of Jeff's team, Andrea, during the purchasing process. Andrea was also very professional and went above and beyond to provide support; we could tell a part of her professionalism was due to Jeff's mentorship. We highly recommend Jeff and his team.

This was our second time working with Jeff. Although we gave him short notice, he and his team worked diligently to prepare our home for sale. He was honest and never missed a beat. He was great at adapting to changing markets and provided excellent strategies. Our house was well marketed and had optimal visibility through multiple media platforms. Ultimately we were really happy with the outcome. Jeff made the process of selling comfortable and presented it in a way that helped us understand the market. The great thing about Tyler and Jeff's partnership is that it is very complementary. Tyler takes the time to listen to you and work with you. He's down-to-earth and friendly. Jeff has the greatest wealth of real estate experience. From owning multiple houses himself, he knows investment properties and houses extremely well and can guide us all. Even when working with Tyler, he makes himself available to Tyler and you, to offer personal insight/experience when you might want additional insight. Tyler provided us detailed numbers showing us comparable houses to the one we wanted to buy and how much they went for. He was available on text for quick questions and would call us back whenever we had questions. Jeff is serious but friendly. He is very focused on his game plan. He lays out a detailed plan, providing you insight into comparables in your neighbourhood, lets you know of market trends and thoroughly considers the information you provide. Because he has such a wealth of experience, this has become a fine art for him. From cleaners, outside drone video footage, videos highlighting your home, staging advice and lawyers, he organizes the process for you so that it all can take place in a timely fashion. His other employees, Alicia and Crystal were also very helpful whenever we needed guidance too. The ListingsKW Realty Group is a well-oiled machine. We had a short timeline to sell our house and their experience helped us to do so. If you need to sell your home and are particularly time-pressed, they will help to alleviate your concerns because they know what needs to get done and will guide you accordingly. The nights our winning bid was accepted and our house was sold will always be incredibly memorable evenings, not only because of the excitement of these transactions but because the enthusiasm of Tyler, Jeff and Alicia made it that much more special.

Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with, he very patiently provided all the information I needed to understand the market. He guided me through the entire process of selling my place, from explaining the current market trends, where the market is headed and how timing plays a crucial role. Jeff and his team of professionals, took care of every aspect from taking exceptional pictures and videos, showing the house very well and negotiating a great price for me. Jeff constantly stayed in touch and provided updates as we were going through the process.
