Professional and Competent are two words that I would use to describe Jeff Blackham. From first contact I was impressed with his positive energy and knowledge of the real estate market. He is thorough and very informative. Selling your home can be very stressful but Jeff and his team of professionals put us at ease and did an amazing job guiding us along the way. If you are looking for an agent who thoroughly researches the market, stays on top of trends and pricing and will give you an honest and straight forward assessment of a home, then Jeff is the agent you want to work with. My husband is a “numbers guy” and Jeff’s style of home assessment was very appealing - we both appreciated being able to see what a home was actually worth and what we could realistically expect to pay in today’s crazy market. Buying a house these days is stressful and Jeff helped us to focus on the important things, and was able to pivot on a dime when need be. We felt prepared to deal with the “new” housing market and are thrilled with the home we purchased! I also really appreciate how Jeff was a partner to us throughout the buying process, even after the deal was signed; Jeff helped me to arrange visits with contractors, gave me recommendations for lawyers and offered to assist me deal with the seemingly hundreds of tasks that go along with preparing to close on a home. As someone just moving to the area his help and advice were invaluable! I can also say that working with Jeff has actually been pretty fun. He has a great sense of humour and we enjoyed hearing his take on many of the properties we looked at.
