Jason took his time to show us multiple properties until we found the perfect home. He was very accommodating, honest, and a great communicator. We finally found the perfect home but we needed to sell a tenanted rental property in order to finance it. This was scary! When Jason and I walked through the rental, we knew we had our work cut our for us. Firstly Jason found my tenants a new place to live and had the place empty in two weeks!!! This allowed us to paint and clean the entire home. Thanks to Jason, we were able to completely transform the home in a matter of weeks, and sell the property over one weekend, at a higher price than we expected. Jason Michel has constantly been in contact with me for many years about moving - never pushy, a great person to converse with over the years with the final goal being moving upon retirement.
