As a first time home-buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and Jason made it simple. He was easy to reach, worked around our schedules and made the experience of buying in this crazy market a little less terrible.

Jason is the most honest and professional realtor we have ever worked with. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes, none of which from a realtor perspective we ever felt this comfortable with. Jason was extremely honest on expectations in both buying and selling, quick/open communicator and incredibly consultative. He wanted to know about our story and what we were looking to get out of a realtor/buyer/seller relationship, why we hadn’t worked with anyone consistently and just genuinely wanted to meet our goals. There are so many realtors that have zero follow up and just want quick transactions with minimal effort, this is not Jason. He followed up when he said he would without ever being pushy. We are now going to start looking at investment properties that we have no doubt Jason will lead us in the right direction. Thank you Jason for helping us achieve our goals and battling it out for us!

Jason did a fantastic job for us. Whether it was answering one of our (many) questions or providing insight and advice about the process, he always made himself available. From our initial meeting to the conclusion of our sale, it felt as though we had a friend working on our side to help us with our goals, not simply make a comission. We will be using Jason again if the need ever arises, and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He really means business.

His knowledge of different neighbourhoods in Durham and surrounding area, pricing strategies,relationships with other agents, renovations and real estate as a whole helped us land a dream home. Jason was supportive the entire buying process and always had time to answer questions. Whether you're a first time or tenth time buyer you need Jason on your side.
