Jason did a fantastic job for us. Whether it was answering one of our (many) questions or providing insight and advice about the process, he always made himself available. From our initial meeting to the conclusion of our sale, it felt as though we had a friend working on our side to help us with our goals, not simply make a comission. We will be using Jason again if the need ever arises, and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He really means business.

He hired an amazing stager and photographer, and he did extensive research into the local market. He has a great deal of integrity, and he is very personable and an all around great person. His knowledge of different neighbourhoods in Durham and surrounding area, pricing strategies,relationships with other agents, renovations and real estate as a whole helped us land a dream home. We were first time home buyers so we had no idea what we were doing. Jason was there to help us every step of the way. He was very responsive (and patient!) to the numerous questions we had. He explained the whole process of purchasing a house. The relationship doesn’t end when you close on the house. He’s still there for us if we have any questions or need any help.
