Jason is the real deal. Being first time buyers in this hot market we were looking for an edge and Jason gave us a huge advatage in our search. His knowledge of different neighbourhoods in Durham and surrounding area, pricing strategies,relationships with other agents, renovations and real estate as a whole helped us land a dream home. Jason was supportive the entire buying process and always had time to answer questions. Whether you're a first time or tenth time buyer you need Jason on your side. We were first time home buyers so we had no idea what we were doing. Jason was there to help us every step of the way. He was very responsive (and patient!) to the numerous questions we had. He explained the whole process of purchasing a house. The relationship doesn’t end when you close on the house. He’s still there for us if we have any questions or need any help. We found Jason to be very committed and passionate about representing us as his client. From the first meeting he was well informed about the local market relative to our house and what we could expect in terms of pricing. Provided a honest and fulsome rationale of the proposed range taking into consideration some of the unique features of the home. Our experience was that Jason was personable and yet professional at all times. It was a very positive experience when our past experiences with other agents had not been. His use of a professional stager provided a higher level of service and optimized the showcasing of our home for a positive outcome. The stager was simply amazing!
