Jason is amazing! He is very involved in the process providing you with as little stress as can be in purchasing a home. He really shows his passion in his practice. As a first time homebuyer we were terrified of every aspect of the process. He was great at connecting us with contacts to help provide us the information we needed to know. Then when I found the home I loved, he was right next to me during the viewing of the home being honest and helping me look at things I wouldn’t have thought of looking for. I felt like he was always watching out for my best interest especially knowing it’s an overwhelming process. I wouldn’t have wanted to purchase a home with anyone else and I won’t in the future!! He is so much more than just your average real estate agent. Super knowledgeable in so many ways and just never thought this process would be so streamlined and professional as it was with Jason!!

Jason was exceptionally easy to work with and was consistently mindful of our interests. He provided a wealth of knowledge on investment properties within our target neighbourhoods. Jason also promptly and thoroughly answered all of our inquiries and was professional throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Jason for anyone looking for a realtor!

I honestly cannot find the words to express all my thoughts when it comes to Jason. He helped out in many ways including being a therapist sometimes! We are a multi-generational family living under 1 roof. We needed a sizable property that would not break the bank and needed to view houses during COVID and as a family who has 3 different work schedules. He was showing us properties on our schedule without any issue. He had stats on the houses we were looking at and pretty much knew the neighborhoods well and we looked everywhere from Uxbridge, Whitby, Oshawa & Port Perry! He then walked us through the entire purchase, inspection and closing process while trying to make it as stress-free as possible. He was easy to communicate with, understood what I was feeling/going through without me putting in words and gave really good advice whenever it was needed. He always picked up the phone and had open channels of communication. He is kind and friendly but also a complete assertive professional when necessary! I would be happy to buy my next house with him, no doubt! I have said this to him many times: Thank you for your patience Jason!... and I meant it every time. If you are looking for a knowledgeable agent who gets you want you want, Jason is your guy!

Jason was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He was attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Jason was also professional and excellent in all that he did for us.

Where do I begin? Jason is unlike any other Real Estate Agent out there and thank god for that. As first time home buyers, we were skeptical to work with agents for fear of them being more concerned about making their commission than keeping our needs a priority. This couldn't be further from the truth with Jason. We clicked with him right from the get-go. He sat down with us and listened to our story with intent to understand where we were coming from and where we wanted to be. He was quick to grasp our likes and dislikes and did not flinch when we told him our budget. No matter what time of day I texted him or how many times a week he was showing us houses, we had his full attention. If there were certain things that I didn't like in a house or wondered if it could be changed, Jason had the skills from experience to provide multiple options to achieve what I had envisioned. His vast knowledge, dedication, patience, professionalism & kindness is invaluable. I feel like we've made a friend for life and can't imagine going through this again without Jason by our side. Grateful is an understatement. Do not hesitate, in fact run at the opportunity to make Jason your agent. And can someone please get this man a Starbucks sponsorship because I know that he deserves it.
