Jason walked with us through the whole process— from considering if we should move, based on the market and finances, to buying our dream home and making all the arrangements following. He took the time to discuss all of our options and was extremely helpful and involved in preparing our home to sell for the best possible price. Our buying and selling situation was very complicated, involving challenging negotiations and some serious “hoop-jumping”, yet he ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. He offered to help find what we were looking for and to help sell our current home. I was skeptic but agreed to have him come appraise our home as one of 3 appraisals my daughter in law wanted us to get. We are so happy that we chose to work with Jason Michel. As first time home buyers, we were completely inexperienced and had tons of questions throughout the buying process. Jason was thorough, communicative, honest and knowledgeable. We decided to use Jason based on a cold call, without anyone to refer him or back him up and we were pleasantly surprised.
