We were first time home buyers so we had no idea what we were doing. Jason was there to help us every step of the way. He was very responsive (and patient!) to the numerous questions we had. He explained the whole process of purchasing a house. The relationship doesn’t end when you close on the house. He’s still there for us if we have any questions or need any help. Buying a house is a very personal process. You are in good hands with Jason.

From the first meeting he was well informed about the local market relative to our house and what we could expect in terms of pricing. Provided a honest and fulsome rationale of the proposed range taking into consideration some of the unique features of the home. Our experience was that Jason was personable and yet professional at all times. It was a very positive experience when our past experiences with other agents had not been. His use of a professional stager provided a higher level of service and optimized the showcasing of our home for a positive outcome. The stager was simply amazing!
