We found Jason to be very committed and passionate about representing us as his client. From the first meeting he was well informed about the local market relative to our house and what we could expect in terms of pricing. Provided a honest and fulsome rationale of the proposed range taking into consideration some of the unique features of the home. Our experience was that Jason was personable and yet professional at all times. It was a very positive experience when our past experiences with other agents had not been. His use of a professional stager provided a higher level of service and optimized the showcasing of our home for a positive outcome. The stager was simply amazing! Continuing to use this approach is highly recommended. IWe wouldn’t hesitate to engage Jason again in the future for any real estate dealings.

Jason represented us as buyers and sellers over the last few months and made everything as smooth, understandable and timely as possible. His attention to detail and the level of care given by every member of his team including staging and photography was outstanding. Jason makes sure his clients have the best representation as possible and it shows in the outcomes he is able to establish with both buying and selling a property. He has extensive knowledge of the industry and tons of contacts, including mortgage brokers and lawyers. This was the first time we have sold a home so we had some questions and concerns, Jason was able to walk us through each step to insure we were well informed and would be able to get the best value for our home. He makes the entire process enjoyable and exciting for his clients all while working tirelessly on his end. We could not be more pleased with the outcomes of both our sale and purchase, and would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Jason is amazing! He is very involved in the process providing you with as little stress as can be in purchasing a home. He really shows his passion in his practice. As a first time homebuyer we were terrified of every aspect of the process. He was great at connecting us with contacts to help provide us the information we needed to know. Then when I found the home I loved, he was right next to me during the viewing of the home being honest and helping me look at things I wouldn’t have thought of looking for. I felt like he was always watching out for my best interest especially knowing it’s an overwhelming process. I wouldn’t have wanted to purchase a home with anyone else and I won’t in the future!! He is so much more than just your average real estate agent. Super knowledgeable in so many ways and just never thought this process would be so streamlined and professional as it was with Jason!!

Jason was exceptionally easy to work with and was consistently mindful of our interests. He provided a wealth of knowledge on investment properties within our target neighbourhoods. I honestly cannot find the words to express all my thoughts when it comes to Jason. He helped out in many ways including being a therapist sometimes! We are a multi-generational family living under 1 roof. We needed a sizable property that would not break the bank and needed to view houses during COVID and as a family who has 3 different work schedules. He was showing us properties on our schedule without any issue. He had stats on the houses we were looking at and pretty much knew the neighborhoods well and we looked everywhere from Uxbridge, Whitby, Oshawa & Port Perry! He then walked us through the entire purchase, inspection and closing process while trying to make it as stress-free as possible. He was easy to communicate with, understood what I was feeling/going through without me putting in words and gave really good advice whenever it was needed. He always picked up the phone and had open channels of communication. He is kind and friendly but also a complete assertive professional when necessary! I would be happy to buy my next house with him, no doubt! I have said this to him many times: Thank you for your patience Jason!... and I meant it every time. If you are looking for a knowledgeable agent who gets you want you want, Jason is your guy!
