I feel that Calvin “read” the current real estate climate and matched it to my personal needs, and that resulted in a positive outcome. Calvin understood the community and the current sales climate within it. Calvin and his staff were always professional, respectful, and timely and friendly in their communications. I had never sold a house before and I raised a family in this house, and Calvin and his staff understood the emotional attachment I had and guided me through the process at each step of the way. The market in my neighbourhood is depressed right now and I did not get what I was hoping for initially, but as I looked at the comparables, I feel Calvin guided the sale appropriately for my needs. Would I recommend this real estate agent? Absolutely!</p>

My wife and I were challenging buyers, and Calvin was accommodating and supportive throughout the whole process. He has an in-depth knowledge of Edmonton's real estate investment market and did a great job sharing his knowledge and helping us identify and purchase a sound property. Calvin was very tactful throughout the negotiation process which allowed us to find a deal that exceeded our investment goals. I was extremely skeptical about selling my home in this heavy BUYERS market. I’ve heard nothing but horror story after horror story about the real estate market with the amount of inventory sitting and not selling, in addition to owners losing a bunch of money in order to sell. I was referred to Calvin Hexter by a friend that also used him to sell their property and buy new. He surprised me right from the get-go, truly getting an understanding of what I was looking for how I felt about selling and found that his strategy was perfectly in line with my needs. He made the process very easy with excellent communication from start to finish. We SOLD my home and couldn’t be happier!
