I was extremely skeptical about selling my home in this heavy BUYERS market. I’ve heard nothing but horror story after horror story about the real estate market with the amount of inventory sitting and not selling, in addition to owners losing a bunch of money in order to sell. I was referred to Calvin Hexter by a friend that also used him to sell their property and buy new. He surprised me right from the get-go, truly getting an understanding of what I was looking for how I felt about selling and found that his strategy was perfectly in line with my needs.
