I had so many question (including some really dumb ones) and he had an answer for them all!!! I bought my first investment property with him and I’ll definitely buy the next with him. He maintained a level of professionalism that was greatly appreciated. He was quick to respond to a text no matter how late, he stayed on top of me when it came to paperwork, his hair never needed a trim and his car was always washed. ;) Thank you so MUCH for all of your hard work and dedication!!!!</p>

However, in between the last and this deal, he efficiently and patiently showed us several properties that we were interested in. He never pressured us to make an offer when we were not ready. When we were ready to make offers, he would give us appropriate recommendations on pricing and conditions. He would weigh pros and cons of different offer options to assist us in making the best offer decisions.This deal took months to pursue but with Calvin's professional advice and speedy communications with seller's agents, we finally closed the deal with a better than expected outcome. We were very pleased with Calvin as he was very patient and helpful during the whole process.This property needed a facelift and Calvin recommended great contractors to help with the reno. Without Calvin, we wouldn't have been able to start the the reno the second day after we took possession. We would highly recommend Calvin to anyone who is looking to purchase investment properties as Calvin knows what properties attract good tenants and produce decent cash flow.</p>

He helped us find the right house in the right neighbourhood for the right price. He was always on our side working to make our house to purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Calvin Hexter was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that meet our needs than he was closing the deal. We would recommend him to anyone.</p>

He was helpful in getting us scheduled for a showing of that property and helped us schedule other properties we were interested in. We met him at some other properties and his knowledge of construction and property values was instrumental in our ultimate purchase. He helped us through the negotiations and got us a good price on the property. He helped us find a home inspector that was very good and informed us of some otherwise unknown future repairs that would be required. We then used that information and Calvin was able to further reduce the price of our purchase offer. After everything was accepted he helped us find a real estate lawyer to handle the sale, he also was able to connect us with other agencies that would be useful to us in the future.</p>
