<p>This review was written for "Calvin Hexter" while working for the Mogul Realty Group.</p> <p>My wife and I have contemplating selling our condo for some time. Not just being resistant to selling because of the terrible market we are seeing right now as a seller, but also because of the emotional attachment to the property. I wanted some perspective on possibly selling so I was advised to contact Calvin, he met me at the property and reviewed a simple strategy that made sense and fit within the parameters of what we were looking for. The confidence from the meeting propelled us forward and listed with Calvin, his strategy worked like a charm, we had numerous visits at the property from prospective buyers and resulted in the property being SOLD within 22 Days of being listed. Things couldn’t be better, not only did we sell within a 1/3rd of the time of other condos, we got a GREAT PRICE Calvin is as good on the purchasing side, as he is on the selling, we are in good hands. I began looking at homes in February 2020, and had my eye on one place in particular, and James helped me negotiate an offer that I was happy to accept, and as painlessly as one could hope for. But that’s not the half of it. By the time we neared our closing date at the beginning of April, the Covid pandemic hit Alberta in a big way. During a time of unparalleled uncertainty, saying that James went above and beyond is akin to calling Mount Everest a “big rock”. He did everything in his power and then some to not only make sure I could close the deal successfully as businesses were shutting down, but he even worked to move my closing ahead one week to allow me to get into my new home before the real **** hit the fan. James, you are a gem, and I thank you endlessly.

I worked with realtor James Knull when I sold a home in Edmonton. James made the process simple and exciting.
