We have used Gord for purchasing and selling several properties. Gord is very easy to work with, unbelievably organized and professional, and his knowledge and skill as a realtor is top notch. Gord is very comfortable with all the technology that is available and that also added to the great experience. We sold a property that had some complexities and Gord just lead us through the process calmly right up until the closing documents were signed. It surprised me how quickly he responded to questions from prospective buyers agents and especially from us when we had a question or concern. He was always available. We have friends and neighbours that have used other realtors, their experiences were sure not as positive as ours!
