I would work with Gord in a heartbeat. Extremely knowledgeable about the real estate field and a clear talent for explaining things in easy-to-understand language. Several times he steered me away from properties that I initially liked and used his expertise to point out features that would hinder the resale. Gord was exceptionally punctual and communicated with me frequently. I never had to wait long for an answer or an issue I had. Gord provided us with evidence based knowledge that helped us time the sale of our home and determine the right price. Our house had an accepted offer a day after it was listed. Throughout the process Gord helped ensure the house could look its best. Since we live out of province Gord went above and beyond. He let trades people in and arranged them for us, he vacuumed after the new carpet was installed, shovelled snow and turned our water to the place off. We are very appreciative of the outstanding service, quick sale and soon to be quick possession for the new owners.
