His work ethic and communications are excellent - his fast and considered responses made all the difference in removing stress from the process. And rather than fading away once the documents were signed, he was with us every step of the way and really did go the extra mile as things got a little tricky close to possession date. Throughout, he worked to our (busy) schedule, accommodating short-notice requests and remaining patient and never pushy; he worked all hours, responded promptly to everything and was very on-the-ball.
