I have dealt with agents in USA,India , UK and Nigeria. Gord Piper is first in class amongst all I have worked with in past 15 yrs. Gord is an excellent agent, he is very proactive to set up meetings with sellers/builders as well as fully engaged in interfacing for questions and clarifications, he also challenges the seller/builder as required to make for a smooth transaction. He has very good peripheral knowledge of homes, property and construction to where he is able identify any flaws and make corrections. He is also knowledgeable of building codes etc. His communication is always very clear and on-time and always reachable to support. I give Gord a 100% rating and he will always be the first to come to mind if I need a recommendation made to my friends and family

Gord helped me with every aspect of selling my house. He provided me with contractor infomations to do house renovations and repairs at reaasonable rates, aso supplied me with up to date maret data..Always kept me informed in about everything. He went out of his ways to shovel my drive way in the long winter we had lots os snow that I really appreciated. He has very pleasant personality and was easy to communiate.
