We have used Gord as a realtor several times in the past for both buying and selling homes and have found him to be professional, with great knowledge of the market This time we unfortunately selected a location with no houses for sale that met our criteria; in addition it was outside of Calgary. Gord took on the challenge and went above and beyond to find an owner that might want to sell then he put the sale and purchase together to everyone satisfaction. I would never use another realtor and would easily recommend Gord as a realtor whether buying or selling. There are no pressure sales and his advice is accurate and invaluable. Thank you Gord
