Gord provided us with evidence based knowledge that helped us time the sale of our home and determine the right price. Our house had an accepted offer a day after it was listed. Throughout the process Gord helped ensure the house could look its best. Since we live out of province Gord went above and beyond. He let trades people in and arranged them for us, he vacuumed after the new carpet was installed, shovelled snow and turned our water to the place off. We are very appreciative of the outstanding service, quick sale and soon to be quick possession for the new owners.

Gord has been my realtor for many years and always does a super job and this time was no exception.
