<p>Gord is great to deal with. He worked with us though the ups and downs in our 4 month search. He rried to make good use of our viewing time, and worked with us when we wanted to spend more time at a viewing offering suggestions on how a space might work for us. When negotiating he got the price we were aiming for. After the sale he helped with a few problems with the property. We will continue to use him in the future, and will recommend him to others.</p>

He knew the area well and was able to sell the home in a short time and was excellent at getting our best price. I would HIGHLY recommend him to others. His work ethic and communications are excellent - his fast and considered responses made all the difference in removing stress from the process. And rather than fading away once the documents were signed, he was with us every step of the way and really did go the extra mile as things got a little tricky close to possession date. Throughout, he worked to our (busy) schedule, accommodating short-notice requests and remaining patient and never pushy; he worked all hours, responded promptly to everything and was very on-the-ball. I have had the opportunity to use Gord Piper on numerous Real Estate deals over the past few years and have never considered another Realtor nor do I have any intentions of using a different Realtor.
