<p>Gord was very professional from the start. He starts with a realistic approach, gathering quality statistical data on homes which were similarly priced and what will sell and what will not. This approach allowed us to choose a competitive and fair list price, therefore we can sell quickly and negotiate within a more narrow range, unlike the homes priced slightly higher which had been on the market for more than 4 months and still unsold. He has a great understanding on what buyers will pay and will not be paying. I would recommend him to anybody who needs to get their home sold!</p>

<p>Gord is great to deal with. He worked with us though the ups and downs in our 4 month search. He rried to make good use of our viewing time, and worked with us when we wanted to spend more time at a viewing offering suggestions on how a space might work for us. When negotiating he got the price we were aiming for. After the sale he helped with a few problems with the property. We will continue to use him in the future, and will recommend him to others.</p>

<p>I found Gord to be VERY knowledgeable as to the value of our property (even though I doubted him at first). He knew the area well and was able to sell the home in a short time and was excellent at getting our best price. I would HIGHLY recommend him to others. He was always in contact with us and kept up informed the whole way through.</p>
