We have known Gord Piper for a number of years. He has helped us in purchasing homes for our children. He has always been professional when working with us even discouraging us from homes that he felt we would not be happy with. He was never a pressure realtor, he provided us with all the information to be able to make an informed decision. We recently used Gord again to sell a property in Calgary, He provided us with quality information about sales and competitive properties in the area, He assisted us in setting a sales price.We listed with Gord and sold in 9 days. Sir Gord was the best thing happened to us when we were seeking for our first home. We only met him through one of the listing he was the realtor assigned at,he was very friendly and very honest about everything a buyer must know in the house. He gives his honest opinion based from the status of the house he is selling. So when we wanted to find more option, we asked him to help us out and became our realtor. He was more than happy to help us out. Along the entire process of searching and viewing houses, he updated us all the time. He also helped us look into the houses we are viewing meticulously. When we found the house that we wanted, he walked us through everything like a father will do:) when we talked to the bank, he always kept in touch with us and guided us. He even suggested and referred his own home insurance company since we don’t know anything:) and we couldn’t be more happy:) until the last day that we closed with the builder and owned our first house, he was with us all throught the way:) Sir Gord is not just our Realtor anymore, we considered him as one of our family:) anyone who gets the privilege to work with him will be so blessed:) thank you again sir Gord!:)

He always gave his honest opinion about homes, noticed the smallest of details whether positive or negative. Gord knows the market well and got us the home of our dreams for a great price. I very much appreciated his analytical approach to finding properties that were priced right. Additionally, he very much represented our needs and did not put pressure on us to move fast, but was able to explain his perspective (with data) on any opportunities that arose. I first meet Gord more than twenty years ago, with us both in different capacities, Gord has always been that upfront professional person that we all enjoy dealing with. Factual, honest and knowledgeable in his fields.<br /> A major retail store used the slogan "Go Beyond" and when I write about Gord ... well Gord definitely goes beyond in all aspects of the slogan. Even after the sale was complete and I found myself in a situation of locking myself out... he was there !
