It was awesome working with Cory for our house buying and selling. His advises were unbiased and mostly based on facts.

Cory was honest and experienced. We had a very bad experience with our previous realtor who did nothing after 3 offers, multiple showings and 3 months on the market and then she couldn’t sell the house. Cory came in with a marketing plan and strategy then and went out of his way to help sell the house. He’s very knowledgeable and goes way past the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. We are very happy that we got Cory as our Realtor.

Cory did more than help me buy a property. He listened to me. Asked questions about my needs and wants then found me the PERFECT home. During negotiations he did an excellent job with his part and even helped the other agent Just a great family man that understands a lot about people and life.

Cory assisted us with getting the highest dollar value for our house. I had another realtor (that I did not sign with) advise us that the house was worth a certain dollar value and after signing and dealing with Cory we got 150K more than the other realtor advised. Cory knew the area and has been one of the best realtors I have worked with in the last 30 years of buying and selling houses.

Back in 2016 when I was desperate to sell my property and move into a bigger house, I was absolutely hopeless and frustrated with my previous agent. At that point Cory came in contact with me and saved me from all the hassle to sell off my existing one and move to that new one. To my understanding he is an outstanding Real Agent. Highly professional real estate agent who thoroughly understands his job and also can read seller's or buyer's mind. Very knowledgeable about the existing market and does a through study about the community before showing a property or trying to sell one. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family for all real estate issues.
