Cory was an amazing realtor! Moving from a different city during Covid had its own challenges and he made it easy and painless! He took the time to research every property, he knew answers to all our questions and I can’t recommend Cory enough! We will use him again and again and if anyone needs an awesome realtor, Cory is definitely your guy! :)

To anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home I would nothing but 110% recommend Cory Lomsnes!!!! He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, honest and makes you feel as if you his only client even though he is so busy! Recently he helped my mom sell her home for way over asking and helped her downsize into a condo that he also helped her purchase. Cory made everything seem so easy and not complicated. Everything was done so quickly and not stressful. During the same time he helped my brother and his wife sell their home, again for over asking, and with ease for them. If that wasn’t enough, Cory also just helped my sister purchase her first home and got a great price for her. Cory has helped my family so much and I will forever be grateful for him. I would never even consider another real estate agent!!!!

Cory was honest and experienced. We had a very bad experience with our previous realtor who did nothing after 3 offers, multiple showings and 3 months on the market and then she couldn’t sell the house. Cory came in with a marketing plan and strategy then and went out of his way to help sell the house. He’s very knowledgeable and goes way past the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. We are very happy that we got Cory as our Realtor.

Cory did more than help me buy a property. He listened to me. Asked questions about my needs and wants then found me the PERFECT home. During negotiations he did an excellent job with his part and even helped the other agent Just a great family man that understands a lot about people and life.
