I have used Corey on 3 separate occasions. 2 sales and 1 purchase. I can say that in all my real-estate transactions(17 to be exact) that Corey has been the best I have ever dealt with. He will advise you when asked. He gives you accurate assessments and does not low ball to get a quick sale. He will fight for you and only you. I would suggest to anyone reading this to use him as your realtor. Good realtors are hard to find. Great realtor are even harder to find. Exceptional are almost impossible.
