I had two other agents offer me 3, and $4,000 cash to sign with them, I chose honest professionalism with Cory and I am very happy I did! I am sure I got a much better deal and price! The listing with site pictures, including the drone aerial views highlighting schools shopping and area, was so impressive. He knows how to reach out to potential buyers and my house had 3 good offers on day 6. It conditionally sold at $15,000.00 above asking on day 7 with a quick closing date which was great!
