I had the pleasure or working with Cory for a number of years when I was a mortgage broker. He was my obvious choice when it came time to sell my home as I had witnessed first hand how very hard he works for each and every client, be it a seller (such as I) or purchaser. Having been in the real estate business for a number of years, Cory is one of the hardest working realtors I have known.

Cory was pleasant to work with and was very helpful. This is not my first time working with Cory as he helped me sell our family home during COVID and helped us navigate through COVID-19 market. Highly recommend Cory for his professionalism and patience with his clients in the process.

I had an excellent experience with Cory finding our new home. Cory is very well prepared , well organized and a top tier communicator and negotiator. He was thorough throughout the process , was punctual and made the whole buying experience as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Cory for any property buying and selling needs.

Cory was fantastic to deal with both times we used him for purchasing and for selling our house and getting us a great deal. He was very helpful in guiding us through the market at a time when things were quite hectic, and was also very patient and understanding when we hit some hurdles with a purchase. His knowledge of the industry was very useful and made trusting him with these big purchases very easy on my family. He helped us find and get the home that my family plan on spending many years in but won't hesitate to use him again should the need arise!

Cory has become our family real estate professional. He sold two of our homes in Airdrie and was always fully committed to helping us get the deal we wanted. Cory was quick to reply to messages and made himself available to show our home on short notice. He is very knowledgeable and his work ethic is solid. To top it off he genuinely cares about us and our family.
