I was new to the Calgary / Airdrie area and looking to move for work in a tough real estate market. Cory was very professional and always kept me updated in a timely manner, even when there were delayed responses from seller’s end. Cory answered all but a few of my local real estate questions and quickly found the answers to those few. I have no reservation to recommending Cory as an agent.

Cory is a great Realestate agent, very diligent in every thing that he does. He is personable to all your needs and is there when you need him. No pressure.

Cory was the hardest working realtor we have ever had. Always on time and ready to go! He took good care of us and we trusted him implicitly. He is a really good man with strong family values and a high level of ethics both professionally and personally. He listened to us and answered any question we had. We consider him a friend of the family.

We called Cory for a second opinion and he did not disappoint! He was always super responsive, informative, amazing strategies and advice not to mention so easy to talk to. Once he had our house sold in 48 hrs (during covid and BEFORE the market took off) he helped us find our dream home within the quick timeframe of our other house selling. We have referred Cory to anyone else we know who needs a realtor, not only because he deserves it, but so others can share the same great experience we were so lucky to have during a very stressful time in anyone’s life, buying or selling their home. We recently had the pleasure of working with Cory when looking for our home. From day 1, Cory was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. He explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Cory would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. All throughout the negotiations and closing Cory was there quickly handling any issues that came about. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be
