Had an absolutely outstanding experience with Chris. For context when thinking of who may be the right Agent to work with, we were upfront and open that we would be challenging clients due a number of factors ranging from: spouses in different time zones, only one present locally necessitating video walk throughs for Chris to arrange at a second time, weekends only availability, multi-month discontinuous search, zero local knowledge, a firm value expectation, etc. With all that, Chris could not have undertaken the journey through to the purchase of our home any better. He understands his market very well, worked within our defined constraints to constantly source new inventory, and arranged efficient multi-home visit lists to execute each weekend. Agents make their money/commission ONLY when a sale is made and lose time/money the longer the search process goes while they expend resources over a few months hunting for the right house for their Buyer. It is a testament to Chris' level of professionalism, approach, and commitment by the amount of time, resources, and patience he invested and employed to ensure he successfully found the right home for us to acquire. I would strongly encourage Buyer who knows what they want, and how they want to proceed finding it, to sign on with Chris as an Agent who will focus on successfully delivering upon the expectation through to completion.
