Our home hunt with Chris was enjoyable and he helped us find the exact home we wanted. Chris is always available, replies quickly, offers sound advice, and is very resourceful! Consequently, we have a home that meets our objectives, is within our budget, and has great investment potential! Multiple offers were made within a few days, which made things challenging for buyers, but Chris' experience and excellent negotiation skills helped us secure the home for the price we wanted! Chris was very knowledgeable regarding the volatility of the current market and suggested a selling price that was above what we thought, however we ended up selling for over list. His negotiations skills on the offers that were presented was very professional and he displayed honesty and integrity with other realtors in the area during the negotiations.
