Chris was extremely helpful, I contacted him one Saturday, next day he meet with me in my place, and he gave me valuable advice on how to sell my property, we signed the paperwork and, 3 days after my property was listed. 3 weeks after my property was sold, and I was able to remove the subjects for acquiring my new property just in time.
