We have used Chris Cyca as our realtor for the past 8 years selling properties and buying. He is definitely our go to guy concerning real estate. We have passed on his name to anyone who asks for a referral. He is knowledgeable in every aspect and if he doesn’t know the answer he is quick to find out. His negotiating skills are phenomenal and knowledge of the Kelowna area is exceptional. We have most certainly put him to the test several times and he has always worked hard for us, accomplishing everything we have asked of him.

Chris is a fantastic realtor. I was transferred to West Kelowna and had less than a week to buy a house. Chris showed us approximately 10 houses the first day and was able to answer all the questions we had regarding all the properties. Chris was very patient as we re-looked at a few places and eventually helped us find our dream home. He had great advice during the negotiation process which kept us under budget. His local knowledge was a real asset and he really helped us narrow down what was important to us in a home.

We decided to call Chris based on a recommendation from a friend. It was very important to us to have a realtor who was familiar with the area since we were from out of town and also someone who would take the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a house and neighbourhood. Chris did both those things very well. He was easy to talk to, patiently answered our ask questions and was very knowledgeable. We had only five days to buy a house and Chris lined up showings and took us around letting us spend as much time as we needed at each place. He had lots of suggestions of houses to look at. And when we asked him about houses we had seen on MLS, he was able to line up showings for those immediately. Chris was available when we needed him and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is buying or selling a house!
