When we switched our focus he was able to accommodate our new list of needs. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we looked in. if there were questions we had that he was unsure of, he did some research and found the answer for us. He negotiated hard for us so we could get an accepted offer that we were very happy with. We have already recommended him to other people and will continue to do so.</p>
