Che is an excellent realtor, able to operate under any circumstance. Che started working with me just by a phone call and quickly established a relationship. Che is very easy to work with and has high standards of integrity and professionalism. Under the difficult circumstances Che was working in, that being a client making a purchase while in another country, Che was very easy to work with and eventually we found a property. Che is definitely a five star realtor.

Che and Wendy sold my property in 4 days! They were also instrumental in helping us go pending on a new property within a short time. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries. Their cumulative knowledge about houses saved us from making a couple of bad decisions just because we fell in love with the cosmetics of a place and it helped us become more house savvy.
