Che is the best partner you could ask for when selling a property. He was supportive, tentative, understanding and realized the value of an older property. He made the process painless and enjoyable. You can not get anyone that will work harder for your real estate needs.

Che was recommended to us by a mortgage broker as a low-pressure real estate agent and he was that. Our searching spanned 6 months and we took a break of a couple of months to have a baby. He responded quickly to requests to view properties and helped us navigate unknown housing risk and benefit factors which helped us often to dismiss a property that needed updates beyond our willingness. Che didn't make recommendations of properties to us but he saw many properties with us that helped us figure narrow down what we were wanting to see over time. The slightly lower score was primarily due to the fact that I thought real estate agents offered opinions on homes we should look at or not - being pregnant and tired and higher risk in covid times and because we trusted his opinion it would have been nice to have a little more help narrowing down. We were just startign to realize we might need to ask for that level of opinion and investment, but then accidentally found our home.

When I started looking for a new home back in December, I Google searched for the best Real Estate Agents in Edmonton, and Che's picture showed up immediately. After reading his reviews, I decided to contact him. The past 5 months, Che and I have developed a wonderful client/agent relationship! He is very professional, always available, incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate world and always had my best interests as a priority! His 20+ years of experience shows just how dedicated he is to his career; he is very truthful, honest and straight-forward which are the characters I look for and greatly appreciate in a Real Estate Agent. And when you get to know him on a personal level, he is such a great guy overall! After many, many showings of different types of condos/townhouses, we were finally able to negotiate and get the townhouse that I absolultely love! And, I got a really great deal too!
