Thank you to Chad for taking the time to make me feel comfortable, patiently assist me with the downsize, cleanup and packing and finding me a great price for my home. His care and attention to details was like no other experience I have ever had. With a smile on his face he explained that his niche market is working with seniors and after having the opportunity to work with him I understand why he is so good at it. He slows the whole process down to work at the speed I was comfortable and gave me more of his time to make everything work out. We need more real estate agents like this to come alongside and work with seniors. Thank you Chad, I could not have done this without you.

Chad went above and beyond to make sure our experience was smooth. We had many hurdles though the purchase process, and he made sure that we knew what was happening through each of them. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of hand-holding - and he was there to explain everything and make sure our needs were met. 10/10!
