Chad was amazing! He knew how important it was that my house sell both quickly and at a price that would set me up well for my new life post-separation. Not only did he do both things, he went above and beyond. He paid for cleaners, yard maintenance, and even bought a new dishwasher. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Chad helped us explore, vet and purchase a lot out at Twin Lakes. We were one of those clients that looked for over two years at the Penticton area and Chad was with us the entire way. We would reach out and he would do some preliminary research to help narrow down the search. In all honesty we couldn't have done this process without his calm demeanour and professional opinions.
