The. Best. Realtor. EVER! It's been said that about 85% of Realtors are just ok (or not even) and only 15% are excellent. Chad is definitely one of the good ones! Quick to reply to messages and saw the mid century charm in my house that others didn't. He went above and beyond, getting my property sold before it even got listed on MLS, and for more than I thought possible, in a slow and difficult market. Knowing I was selling for economic reasons, Chad offered to lower his commission, saving me thousands (I didn't even ask). That alone was an amazing gift that cost him real money. But then he paid for a deep clean on my house when I moved out, saving me even more time and money. But wait, there's more! Since I was moving out of province, Chad gave me enough gas station gift cards to pay for my gas almost the entire way. Thanks Chad, you're the best! To anyone looking to buy or sell in Penticton, I highly recommend Chad Mielke. You won't find a better Realtor.
