His care and attention to details was like no other experience I have ever had. With a smile on his face he explained that his niche market is working with seniors and after having the opportunity to work with him I understand why he is so good at it. He slows the whole process down to work at the speed I was comfortable and gave me more of his time to make everything work out. Chad went above and beyond to make sure our experience was smooth. We had many hurdles though the purchase process, and he made sure that we knew what was happening through each of them.
