I haven't met a real estate agent, or honestly a person in any customer service field who comes near Chad's level of care, charisma, knowledge and interest in ensuring his client is more than satisfied with the outcome of a deal. He went above and beyond in every stage of this sale. It drives me nuts how the humanity is often excluded from such a big purchase and life decision. He was happy to just call up the selling realtor, ask questions, tell our story, etc. I would recommend him 10/10 times. What a truly refreshing and positive experience this has been.

Chad went to a lot of trouble to show us all the options in Penticton area. He is very proud of the area and also passionate about it. He has very good people skills and a great sense of humour. I could see that he loves his job and he got just as excited as us when we decided to purchase a property. He really was very efficient and professsional in getting everything done.
