What an experience! Chad sold my home very quickly, for what I wanted and then assisted me with my new purchase. His attention to the finer details like the photography, staging, showings and marketing sure made the whole process easier. It was just such a wonderful experience. All I can say is that Chad goes above and beyond for his clients. I struggle with “salesman” because I usually don’t feel safe thinking they just want a sale. But Chad was the opposite in fact he was so honest when’s home we liked was not a good fit, he would say this isn’t the right choice. We never felt pressure, we never felt rushed, he worked so hard to find us a home that worked for our family, lifestyle and budget. I can’t thank him enough. He works so hard and has so much expertise that I felt confident in my purchase! You da man Mr. Mielke! 10/10 recommend. Look no further than Chad! He’s your guy!

To work with Chad Mielke is a privilege every home buyer or seller should experience. My neighbour, whose house he listed and sold within a couple days, recommended that I speak with him. A meeting was then arranged. I am well into my 80s and have owned 11 homes and experienced numerous realtors, but I was not prepared for the exceptional service Chad offers. From the first meeting where he clearly convinced me that he understood the real estate market, the real estate laws and the support I might need as we progressed, I was convinced that he “had my back” as he promised. And I was also convinced that we were a team. He offered suggestions and advice. Gave me choices and at no time pushed me in any direction. All my questions were answered, and if not at the moment, as soon as he found the answer. Our lines of communication were open and used constantly. The listing he prepared was outstanding and my home had many viewers within two days, but sold the first day within hours, at full price, with a backup offer. When the movers I chose became a nightmare, he was there to help sort things out and he even paid to have my house cleaned after I moved. At no time did I feel abandoned and the two other home owners on our street, in Oliver, who also sold with him this fall concurred with this experience. Can anyone ask for more from their realtor ? I think not.
