When we had to sell my mother's house we were overwhelmed. We didn't know how to choose a realtor. We didn't even live in the same town. To our everlasting gratitude we ended up with Chad! His good nature and humor put us at ease from the start. He demystified the process and professionally shepherded us along, step by step. He brought his full attention to all our meetings, and made us feel that we were his only clients, not one of many. Now, many months later, I can't believe the house is sold and everything is happily finalized....It all went so smoothly....Surely it had to be harder than that??!
